What it's made of: PLA, a plant-based plastic made from renewable resources like corn and sugarcane.
Safe for plants: PLA is non-toxic and inert in soil. Every pot has a drainage hole so roots never sit in water.
Water: PLA is water-resistant, not waterproof. Use a saucer or coaster under planted pots, or pop a nursery pot inside.
Indoors is best: PLA softens around 130°F, so keep it out of hot cars, dishwashers and blazing summer windowsills. Clean with lukewarm water and a soft cloth.
