So, if your Wild Buds experience doesn’t make you do a little happy dance, you’ve got 30 days from the date of your order to let us know. We want to set things right!

How to Send Your Green Buddy Back 🌿📦

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Plant Happiness Team through our contact form.
  2. Details, Details: Include your order number and let us know what’s up. Pics are super helpful too!
  3. Wait for Approval: We’ll check out your request and get back to you faster than a sprouting beanstalk.
  4. Ship It Back: After you get the green light (see what we did there?), carefully package your item and send it back to us. We’ll let you know where to ship it.
  5. Refund or Replace: Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ve got two options: A full refund to your original payment method or an item replacement. Your choice!

Couple of Quick Points 📌

  • Returned items must be in their original condition. We can’t accept any damaged or used items (unless the damage happened during shipping, of course!).
  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs, but if you choose a replacement, the shipping’s on us!
